Description

Have a sharpening problem you've been fighting with? Trying to make a business decision? Need another experienced sharpener's perspective?

This private consultation gives you one-on-one time with the owner of Precision Sharpening to work through questions that are specific to your situation. Your consultation can cover technical sharpening questions, like equipment, techniques or troubleshooting, or more business-oriented questions, like workflow, marketing, SEO, or other challenges related to running and growing a sharpening business.

This is an unguided consultation, meaning there isn't a predetermined curriculum. To make the most of your time, we recommend writing down your questions before the call. If you have several unrelated topics to discuss, you may find that purchasing additional time gives us enough room to cover everything properly. Your purchased consultation time is the amount of dedicated time reserved for you. We will give you a reminder as your scheduled time approaches its end so you have an opportunity to wrap up or purchase additional time.

How this works:

  1. Purchase the amount of consultation time you'd like.

  2. We'll contact you by email using the email address provided with your order.

  3. We'll coordinate a time that works for everyone and confirm whether you'd prefer phone or video.

  4. We'll send you the details for your scheduled consultation.

  5. Come prepared with your questions, and we'll work through them together.

For the phone consultation, we’ll simply call at the agreed-upon time. For the video consultation, you’ll receive a link for the scheduled video call. Video consultations can be especially useful when you want to show us a piece of equipment, a sharpening problem, a website, or something else that is easier to explain visually.

This service is designed primarily for people who already have some hands-on experience with sharpening or are already running a sharpening, repair, or related business. It is not intended to replace comprehensive beginner sharpening training or teach someone from scratch how to become a sharpener. If you're simply curious about sharpening or want to learn a particular subject, our free articles and upcoming Learning Modules may be a better place to start. If you need specific business material reviewed, like your website or ads, a Personalized Business Review would be a more fitting option.
